About the role

As a remote interpreter, you'll connect with clients in real time over the phone and video, helping limited-English-proficiency individuals communicate in healthcare, legal, business and community settings. Work remotely, set your own availability, and pick up sessions through our routing platform.

What you'll do

Provide accurate consecutive interpretation over the phone and video
Maintain confidentiality, neutrality and professional standards
Be available during agreed peak windows for steady call volume
Use a headset, stable internet and a quiet, dedicated workspace

What we look for

Fluency in English plus one or more in-demand languages
Interpreting experience or relevant certification (a plus)
Reliable equipment: Ethernet connection, headset, latest Chrome
Commitment to availability and clear communication
