How the process actually works

Applying adds you to the pool for that language. We only invite people whose pairs match a current need, and commercial terms are confirmed before any calls.

  1. Apply

    Choose your language opportunity and submit your profile. This joins the applicant pool; it does not guarantee an interview or assignment.

  2. Interview

    If your languages match a current need, we invite you to book an interview at a time you choose. No phone tag.

  3. Onboard

    Selected candidates complete documents, assessments, and compliance review. Commercial terms are confirmed before any calls are accepted.

  4. Become available

    Approved contractors set their availability for audio and video calls. Call volume varies by client demand and is never guaranteed.

What we look for

Requirements

Most people who work with us are already interpreting or translating professionally. Certification helps, but the baseline is simpler: strong languages, a professional manner, and a quiet place to work.

  • Professional interpreter certification preferred
  • Fluency in English plus at least one other language
  • Reliable internet and a quiet workspace
  • Professional demeanor and cultural sensitivity
  • Available for flexible scheduling
